The terms that apply when you book work with Purefection.
About these terms
These terms apply to all work carried out by Purefection Exterior Cleaning, 3 Garrow Drive, Lymington, SO41 9LP. By accepting a quote you agree to these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the information and photos you provide. If the work required differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before continuing.
Access
Please make sure we have access to all areas being cleaned, unlock side gates, and move vehicles, bins and garden furniture where possible. Close nearby windows and doors. If we cannot access the property on the agreed date, we may need to rearrange.
Weather
Some work depends on suitable weather. If conditions make it unsafe or would affect the result, we will rearrange at the earliest convenient date.
Results
Every surface is assessed and cleaned with an appropriate method. How long results last depends on environmental factors such as shade, moisture, vegetation and local climate, so we cannot guarantee a fixed time before regrowth or dirt returns. We are happy to give guidance specific to your property.
Existing condition
Older or damaged surfaces, loose pointing, failing render, worn coatings and existing defects may be revealed by cleaning. We take care to avoid damage, but we are not responsible for pre-existing faults.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote.
Insurance
We hold £3 million public liability insurance. Any additional cleaner brought in for larger jobs carries their own insurance.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as early as possible.
Complaints
If you are not happy with any part of the work, please contact us as soon as possible on 07977 533101 or purefection@mail.com so we can put it right.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
