What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, details of the work required and any photos you send. Our website may also collect basic technical information, such as your browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and carry out work, take payment, and keep records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running the business.
Sharing
We only share information where needed to provide our service, for example with an additional insured cleaner working on your job, our accountants, payment providers or the tools we use to manage enquiries. They are required to keep it secure.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within a reasonable period. Customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide our service and meet tax and legal requirements.
